As president, Ericka will use her deep operational knowledge to lead the company’s day-to-day operations and her strategic insight to support the company’s vision. Her guidance and expertise will enable ClearEdge to launch two new divisions in 2022 and position the company for growth across all divisions in 2023 and beyond.

Life Changing Experience:
Losing two close friends to cancer. I continue to learn from these experiences, and wrote about them in Together We Rise.
Guilty Pleasure:
Spa time- I love a good massage or a facial! I also love binge watching any Shonda Rhimes series, Italian food, and fabric shopping!
Proudest Achievement:
Doing one thing every day that scares me! Finding courage to say YES to opportunities to grow, to try hard things, and to take risks. After 20 years with ettain group, my family and I moved cross country from Charlotte to Boulder. I am proud of how much we have all learned and grown from this experience. I joined WorkN as the 5th employee- I am so proud of the growth and success of the team and the successful acquisition by Avionte in 2021. I said YES to writing Together We Rise with 14 women in staffing- I had never dreamt about writing a book!
