A digital presence that was so 2008. The firm’s website didn’t reflect the sharp Matlen Silver brand, its culture nor its position as a leader in tech staffing. And they weren’t going to attract top talent for clients nor their own team with a site like that.
First, we worked hand-in-hand with the Matlen Silver team to uncover the company’s unique spark and understand its brand essence. What we found: they are the “Mavericks of Staffing.” We refreshed Matlen Silver’s brand voice, look and messaging, and then took to the web.
One of Matlen Silver’s website objectives was to attract potential employees to their own team. With the brand’s site objectives and targeted users in hand, we mapped out and developed a site experience to hit the mark.
