A company on-the-grow, BirdDogHR wanted to empower its sales team with marketing efforts optimized for revenue-producing activities and able to secure pre-demo stage discovery contacts with larger target accounts.
ClearEdge worked with BirdDogHR to craft a Target Account Program (TAP) — a multi-week, multi-touch point campaign intended to open the door with new accounts for the sales team. Touch points included email, direct mail, voicemail and LinkedIn outreach, executed over the course of several weeks. We rolled out the campaign to the sales team via interactive training session, which featured tips for ensuring a successful sales lead generation campaign, sample ROI and key metrics tracking spreadsheet, and a sales training call with summary of key campaign points/messages by week.
Within the first few weeks of the TAP campaign, BirdDogHR achieved a 15% connect rate with its targeted accounts. Overall engagement was high. After just two touch points the company secured a $50K deal with a couple more deals due to close soon.
