The Challenge

Medix had ambitious growth plans as it transitioned from its successful roots as a staffing firm in the healthcare industry to becoming a global talent tech solutions provider specializing in healthcare, life sciences, technology and engineering + construction. They needed to better understand which tactics could be brought together under a strategic approach and how to measure those results appropriately. The goal was to create a marketing strategy and plan that would elevate their brand in line with their business aspirations.

The Approach
