When Aon Hewitt decided to dedicate resources to support and promote their recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) offering, one key piece of the go-to-market strategy was to establish a social media strategy and social media profiles. ClearEdge Marketing launched a dedicated RPO Facebook page, Twitter account and LinkedIn group, all featuring the newly created messaging, value proposition and creative campaign of “Pinpointing Performance-Ready Talent.” All social media profiles were branded the same to reinforce the message and are active from a posting and engagement standpoint.
