With her extensive experience developing and implementing integrated communication and client services strategies and initiatives for technology and professional services firms, Carrie Loch possesses a strategic outlook valuable to the ClearEdge team and the clients we serve.
Before becoming a Marketing Director for ClearEdge in 2009, Carrie spent four years as Marketing and Communications Manager for RiverPoint Group, a Chicago-based IT professional services firm. At RiverPoint, Carrie was responsible for all aspects of marketing and communications from leading the sales and management teams in strategic planning to marketing collateral material development and tactical execution.
Prior to RiverPoint, Carrie served as Senior Education Services Representative for PeopleSoft USA, where she managed accounts for a territory of 180 clients and was the single point of contact for training-related issues and needs. Carrie also worked as Regional Marketing Communications Coordinator at PeopleSoft, a role in which she was responsible for the development and maintenance of regional promotional programs for PeopleSoft University, including publishing a weekly newsletter and creating brochures and direct mailings. Carrie was a regional representative on PeopleSoft’s corporate marketing team, participating in company-wide projects and strategy initiatives.
In addition, Carrie was Marketing Manager for national law firm Hinshaw & Culbertson, where she worked closely with firm management and national practice group leaders to develop and implement strategic marketing and business plans for the firm of 400 attorneys and 24 offices.
Carrie is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia and holds a B.S. in journalism. She lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband Bill, their four children, Nate, Noah, Melissa and Mallory, and their French bulldog, Maximus. Carrie likes to spend time with friends and family, read and cheer on her favorite sports teams.
