ClearEdge Wins Gold, Bronze Tower Awards in BMA Competition

The Tower Awards recognize strategic and creative excellence in business-to-business marketing nationwide.
Competing against a field of some 300 entrants, ClearEdge won a Gold Tower Award for Best Webinar on behalf of Harvey Nash, the U.S. division of the global search and talent solutions firm. ClearEdge also captured the Bronze Tower Award in Corporate Identity for its comprehensive rebrand of The Brokers Group, a national staffing, executive search and human capital management firm now known as
Talon. Judges for the awards included senior marketing executives from Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Cisco Systems and SAP, among others.

ClearEdge’s Gold Tower Award for Best Webinar on behalf of Harvey Nash addressed the company’s need for more consistent and meaningful contact with its national client base. The solution, a national webinar series focused on Harvey Nash insights around topics in IT and management, required extensive planning, outreach, execution and follow up. The webinar series successfully established thought leadership in the IT industry for Harvey Nash while giving its sales force a unified message and tools they could adapt to attract, retain and secure clients. Thus far, the webinar series has drawn some 300+ attendees, generating 40 new business appointments and five new deals in the pipeline.
ClearEdge also earned a Bronze Tower Award in Corporate Identity for their work with Talon, helping a professional services firm with three distinct divisions communicate their expertise, capabilities and solutions while launching a new executive search practice.
After several months of focus groups and extensive interviews with key staff, ClearEdge concluded that the solution was to unify and rebrand the three divisions with a name change. The revamped brand included a fresh logo, go-to-market message strategy and new Web site, which were rolled out via a 90-day brand integration plan through both internal and external communications. Dovetailing perfectly with the launch of its executive search practice, the transition was seamless; Talon was able to reorganize their business structure and has since gained a larger presence enabling them to engage in more cross-selling and strengthen their brand.
